Our lids are tightly sealed due to our strict sterilization and sealing process.

To open:

1. Flip the jar upside down.
2. Insert a spoon gently under the edge of the lid.
3. Lift slightly to let air in — you’ll hear a small pop!
4. Turn the jar back upright and twist the lid open with ease.

Storage:

1. Shelf Life: Best consumed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
2. Before Opening: Store in a cool, dry place — no refrigeration needed.
3. After Opening: Keep refrigerated and consume within 10 days. Note: Broth gelatinises after refrigeration - this shows how collagen-packed our broth is!
4. Want to extend shelf life? Freeze the broth in a clean ice cube tray upon opening — it’ll last up to 3 months. Just pop in a cube whenever your pet needs a boost!

Nope! Our Artisan Roast Pork and Artisan Roast Wild Boar are individually vacuum-sealed and sterilized, keeping them shelf-stable for up to 9 months.

No cooking, no refrigeration needed — just tear open and feed. Simple as that.

There are so many tasty ways to enjoy it! You can serve the broth warm or cold, depending on your pet’s preference:

1. Pour over kibbles, freeze-dried, raw, or cooked meals
2. Serve on its own as a nourishing snack or hydration boost
3. Refrigerate to naturally gelatinize (this is a sign of quality collagen) and you can serve it as a jelly or gently reheat to return it to liquid form
